These guys are PROFESSIONAL!! The service they gave my car went beyond excellent, and the rims now look better than the original ones. The tinted windows are perfect and, on top of that, they replaced my car emblems at no cost as a courtesy. I definitely have to come back for their car hand wash, which is famous for its quality. I couldn’t be more satisfied, my Prius looks way faster than it is!!!

Williamsburg Hand Wash has been a god-send for me and my new vehicle (Maybach GLS 600). From the owners down to each team member, the care and concern of everyone goes above and beyond expectations — they always make me feel like they have more concern for my car than I do! I can trust their team to do a phenomenal job every time and no matter what state I bring my car in. It is a true weekend treat to bring my car here; the joy I get seeing it look more than brand new is hard to put into words but it certainly makes my week. Going anywhere else is a mistake; a family-owned, high quality and serious business like this is exceedingly rare these days — if you care about your car at all, you should bring it here for top-notch maintenance.

5 stars all around for Williamsburg Hand Wash & Auto Detailing! Kevin and Jakub were incredibly professional from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, keeping me updated throughout the process and making everything smooth and stress-free. I brought my Boxster Spyder in for tinting, XPEL protection, and front windshield PPF, and the attention to detail was outstanding. They treated the car with real care and precision, and the final results were great. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about delivering quality. This is the type of care you get from a family-owned and operated business. Highly recommend Kevin, Jakub, and the entire team. I’ll definitely be back for detailing and more PPF work in the future!

A long story short. I deployed to Afghanistan from 2019-2020 & parked my car in a shared lot with neighbors. Unbeknownst to me, one of my neighbor's car had a rat infestation, which affected my as well. When I came back, I cleaned the droppings on the engine myself, but did noticed noises near the wheel wells, bad smell, & heat/air-conditioner noise. I didn't pay much attention when my regular PepBoys mechanic told me to get an engine & undercarriage cleaned due to rat droppings on multiple occasions. I came back from my last & final Middle East deployment last weekend & found the same rat issues, but I parked it in front of my house this time. There's alot of droppings on the engine & the smell was worst this time around. I listened to my PepBoys mechanic & found Williamsburg Hand Wash & Auto Detailing not to far from my house. I took my car therr last Tuesday, 17 March. The 1st person I met was Kevin, the owner's son, he was cordial & upfront on what I needed to do to clean it up. I wanted the engine & the undercarriage to be thoroughly cleaned. To ease my concerns, Kevin to me that he'll send me photos & videos on what they'll do... & they did! I picked up the car the next day a

Kevin and the guys at NYC Car Spa have delivered really high quality results for my new M340i and prior G70! They did a great job installing front and rear XPEL PPF, and XPEL ceramic tints for the front and rear windows. Very easy process and high quality for 2/2 of my vehicles now!
